Our next Bench/Bar meeting will take place on Friday, October 3rd, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm., in the One Union Square conference room. The One Union Square building is located at 600 University Street, between University and Union Streets. The building’s conference room is located on the first floor directly behind the escalators and next to the Fresh Basil restaurant.

6. Comment period on proposed National Form Plan and Bankruptcy Rules amendments.
7. Brief discussion of proposed changes to Local Bankruptcy Rules and Form Plan.
