Effective July 1, 2015, there will be a redistribution of cases between Judge Barreca and the new judge filling Judge Overstreet’s vacancy. Judge Barreca will preside over the Marysville caseload. The new judge will preside over the Port Orchard caseload. Additionally, most of Judge Barreca’s present Seattle Chapter 7 and 13 matters will be transferred to the new judge.
