The Local Rules of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington ("Local Rules W.D. Wash.") are rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington, except as they may be inconsistent with Title 11, United States Code (herein "Bankruptcy Code"), the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, or these Local Bankruptcy Rules.
