Creditor Preferred Address Registration
[last updated: 11/05/2013]

The National Creditor Registration Service is a free service that provides creditors with the option to specify a preferred mailing address for all, or designated, bankruptcy courts to use for noticing purposes. Alternatively, an entity may register to receive notices electronically through the Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (EBN) program. For more information or to register a preferred address see https://ncrs.uscourts.gov/

Please note that the Court does not process all of the notices that you may receive in a case. Notices generated by trustees, attorneys, debtors and other entities may continue to be mailed to the address of record filed by the debtor.

To generate a creditor mailing list for a specific case (includes the creditor's preferred address):
1. Select [Utilities] on the ECF menu bar.
2. Select [Mailings] under [Miscellaneous].
3. Select [List of Creditors].
3. Enter PACER login and password, if prompted.
4. Enter case number.
5. Select 3 columns.
Click [Run Report].
