| There is a provision in 11 U.S.C. sec. 342(f) that allows a creditor to request a preferred mailing address for all bankruptcy courts, or designated bankruptcy courts to mail notices. The three forms attached below are available for this purpose: Creditor Preferred Address, Company Related Address, and Authorized Agent Address. The forms include instructions on how to mail or fax them to the Bankruptcy Noticing Center.
