| Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) account is required to view
documents and complete case files in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court's Electronic Case
Files (ECF) system. New pleadings filed in cases pending as of May 17, 2001, and
cases filed after that date can be viewed on_line. To access current case information,
including these images, point your browser to http://ecf.wawb.uscourts.gov.
Enter your existing PACER account login and password to access ECF/PACER.
To register for PACER, contact the PACER Service Center at http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov or at PACER Service Center Pacer Users Guide in Adobe Acrobat format. BILLING NOTICE: A fee of $.08 per page will be assessed for access to PACER service on the Internet. There is a maximum charge of $2.10, the equivalent of 30 pages, for any single document. It is important to note that attachments will be treated as a separate document. CLOSED CASES: cases closed prior to January 1, 2000, have been imported into the CM/ECF system. It is no longer necessary to access them on the old Pacer web site. From within CM/ECF, to access Archived cases select Query and search by last name. Do not search by SSN or Case Number when trying to access archived cases. Only the docket information is available for cases closed prior to this date. The court did not image the closed case files. CASES AT FEDERAL RECORDS CENTER: The information to locate closed case files at the Federal Records Center is now available on the court's web site in Court Information/Misc Info under Accession Number. VCIS The Voice Case Information System (VCIS) at 1-888-409-4662 or 1-206-370-5285 is connected to the ECF system to provide free information about all case filings in the Washington Western District. |
