TC Global, Inc. filed for bankruptcy relief in the Western District of Washington on October 10, 2012. The Bankruptcy Court has entered an order in the case appointing Omni Management Group as the Debtor’s Claims and Noticing Agent. The Court has also set a claims bar date in this case for April 1, 2013.
