Once the attorney registration form has been filled out, print out the form. The attorney must sign and date the form, then fax, email or mail the completed form to the court. A letter will be created advising the attorney of his/her login and password. This letter will be emailed to the email addresses noted on the registration form. Once the limited use registration form has been filled out, print out the form. The individual registering for a limited use ECF account must sign and date the form, then fax, email or mail the completed form to the court.
