CASE MANAGERS are responsible for maintaining the official docket of a case, reviewing electronically filed documents, and monitoring the progress of a case until it is closed.. Cases are assigned by the last two digits of the case number. For example case number 04-56789 is assigned to the case manager with digits 85-91.
Digit assignments are effective October 1, 2009. COURT SERVICES staff assist the public and attorneys at the counter, open new cases, review electronically filed cases for accuracy, answer requests for public information, and perform a variety of other duties.
