CASE MANAGERS are responsible for maintaining the official
docket of a case, reviewing electronically filed documents, and monitoring the
progress of each case through the court. Cases are assigned by the last two
digits in the case number, for example, case number 02-42345 is assigned to
the Case Manager with digits 37-45.
COURT SERVICES staff assist the public at the counter, file new cases, review electronically filed cases, answer requests for information by telephone or by mail, and manage the court's records. Cases are assigned by the last two digits of the case number for case opening, sending notices, and for initial docketing.
