On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, the Bankruptcy Court will host a training event for those in the legal community who serve as the key CM/ECF filers or document preparers in their office, including paralegals and administrative assistants. If you are an attorney who does your own filing in CM/ECF you are also welcome to participate. This event will focus on practical tips and best practices for docketing and filing in CM/ECF as well as navigating local court processes.

Clerk’s office and chambers’ staff will cover a variety of topics including filing amended forms and motions, linking related documents, CM/ECF electronic noticing for debtors and creditors, and other filing related topics. 

This in-person training event will be held at the Tacoma courthouse on September 9th, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.  Box lunches will be provided.

Due to the interactive nature of this event, it will not be recorded.  CLE credits are not offered.
