*Important Announcement

NextGen CM/ECF

On February 4, 2019, the Court will implement a new version of the Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF). The new system is called "NextGen". NextGen simplifies electronic filing by combining CM/ECF and PACER accounts, enabling filers to use one login and password to electronically file in all NextGen courts where they have been granted permission to file.

Prior to February 4, 2019, electronic filers may need to make changes to their existing PACER accounts; ALL filers and filing agents will need an individual PACER account. For additional information and helpful links regarding NextGen, please click here.

**The Court will not issue any new ECF accounts after January 25, 2019.

**The CM/ECF system will be unavailable February 1, 2019 at 6:00pm until February 4, 2019 at 8:00am.
