Effective for cases filed on and after May 15, 2015, the list of creditors shall be filed by the debtor no later than 7 days from the date of the filing of the petition. Failure to timely file or submit the creditor list may result in dismissal of the debtor's case. See General Order 2015-1.
Case Redistribution: Effective July 1, 2015, there will be a redistribution of cases between Judge Barreca and the new judge filling Judge Overstreet’s vacancy. Judge Barreca will preside over the Marysville caseload. The new judge will preside over the Port Orchard caseload. Additionally, most of Judge Barreca’s present Seattle Chapter 7 and 13 matters will be transferred to the new judge.

NOTICE FROM CLERK OF 9TH CIRCUIT BAP: For all cases opened at the BAP beginning February 1, 2015, all excerpts of record must be filed electronically and no paper copies will be necessary. In all other cases effective immediately any attorney or other electronic filer may file the excerpts electronically without submitting paper copies.
