 New Mobile Query Feature in CM/ECF. Effective June 17, 2013, the Court will go live with a new mobile query feature that improves the ability to search CM/ECF from a mobile phone or tablet. Mobile query is designed to work with any browser that can support basic HTML and is compatible with Apple iOS, Android, Blackberry and other PDA operating systems that access web applications. This CM/ECF feature can be accessed directly from the CM/ECF application; standard PACER fees apply. Basic searches such as case number and party name can be used to access the case docket, list of attorneys and parties, and schedules and deadlines for a particular case. Starting on August 1, 2013, except by special setting, Judge Barreca will hear motions in adversary proceedings at 1:30 p.m. on those Thursdays on which he has a Chapter 13 morning calendar rather than on Friday afternoons. This change will not apply to Port Orchard matters.
Starting on August 1, 2013, Judge Barreca will no longer have a Friday afternoon calendar for Michael R. Mastro or Olympic Coast Investment matters. Any related matters should be noted on either the Friday morning motion or Thursday afternoon adversary proceeding calendars, as appropriate. |
