Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule
(28 U.S.C. § 1930)

Effective December 1, 2016

Debtors including corporate debtors, must pay filing fees by money order, cashiers check, or exact cash payment. Personal checks or Bill Payer checks (checks issued by your bank through an electronic bill payment agreement) are not accepted from debtors. Attorneys shall pay all filing fees electronically.
