In anticipation of the implementation of NextGen CM/ECF, the Court has entered General Order 2019-2, adopting amended Electronic Filing Procedures. The amended Electronic Filing Procedures, effective February 4, 2019, reflect changes in the Court's ECF registration process. NextGen simplifies electronic filing by combining CM/ECF and PACER accounts, enabling filers to use one login and password to electronically file in all NextGen courts where they have been granted permission to file.
