Attorney Admission Fee Increase Effective Dec. 1, 2016

The United States District Court for the Western District of Washington has announced an increase in attorney admission fees, effective December 1, 2016. The one-time fee for admission to practice in the Western District of Washington will increase to $231.00.  Also effective December 1, 2016, the pro hac vice fee will increase to $231.00. Attorneys wishing to appear pro hac vice in a bankruptcy or adversary case file their application with the bankruptcy court; the associated pro hac fee may be paid electronically to the bankruptcy court.
