In cases filed after January 31, 2019, attorneys representing debtors in chapter 13 cases may be awarded fees of up to $4,000 (the "presumptive fee") without the need to first file a written fee application.  The Court has signed General Order 2019-1, increasing the presumptive fee established by Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2016-1(e)(1).  The General Order also amends Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1072-1 to substitute "Everett" for "Marysville" as a place for holding court.
