The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington solicits comments, pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9029, on proposed amendments to the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Local Bankruptcy Forms, including proposed amendments to the local form chapter 13 plan. The proposed amendments, with redline comparisons, are posted below. Comments must be submited in writing by email to LBRcomments@wawb.uscourts.gov or by mail as noted in the Official Notice below. The public comment period ends July 21, 2017. Final amendments will be adopted by court order and be effective Dec. 1, 2017.
