Effective March 1, 2017, the Court will remove from CM/ECF the text only hearing confirmation event entitled "Notice to Court of Unopposed Motion." This event is no longer necessary.  If a motion is unopposed, the filing of a "Declaration of No Objection" is sufficient to remove the hearing from the judge's calendar. When uploading an order for the judge's signature on an uncontested matter, the Declaration of No Objection, in PDF or text only form, is still required under LBR 9013-1(f).
