Seminar on Understanding and Handling Implicit Bias in Mediation
The Western Washington Bankruptcy Court’s Thomas T. Glover Mediation Program is pleased to host a seminar to aid lawyers and ADR neutrals in improving their understanding and management of implicit bias in mediation and arbitration. The program will feature a panel discussion among the following distinguished jurists experienced in mediation and arbitration: U.S. District Court Chief Magistrate Brian A. Tsuchida, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Mary Jo Heston, trial lawyer Craig Sims of counsel with Schroeter Goldmark Bender, and Kathleen Wareham, WAMS mediator/arbitrator.
This event is open to all attorneys and mediators/arbitrators. Please join us for an engaging presentation and discussion, followed by a social gathering.
