Judge Barreca's Everett Calendar will be held telephonically until November 10, 2021, not in person as previously announced, as a result of changing Covid-19 related restrictions at the Everett facility. Permission to attend telephonically is not required. Dial-in instructions and guidelines for telephonic appearances can be found on Judge Barreca's chamber's procedure page. It is currently anticipated that the November 10, 2021 calendar will be conducted in person. Note too that Judge Barreca has added an October 27 calendar in Everett.
