The ECF Procedures Manual (“Manual”) is now available. The Manual is a guide designed to outline common procedures in the Court's Electronic Case Filing system (ECF) and is located under the Electronic Case Filing >Training tab.  The Manual is intended as a resource for seasoned practitioners and new attorneys, creditors, and law office staff engaged in electronic filing, and includes best practices, standard procedures and compliance guidelines when filing in ECF.

Please continue to refer to the Judges' Procedures pages for specific instructions for each chambers.

The Manual is a dynamic tool, and new procedures and practices will be added and updated going forward. If you have suggestions for additional procedures to be added to the Manual,please contact the Clerk’s office at ECFHelp_wawb.uscourts.gov.
