Attorneys must apply for admission to Western District of Washington District Court before registering to e-file with the Western District of Washington Bankruptcy Court ("Court"). - For Attorneys

Attorneys must register in CM/ECF before they can begin e-filing or receive e-service notifications. Other entities may also register for CM/ECF e-filing access. Depending on their role, filers may be issued a CM/ECF account with varying levels of privileges (i.e. full attorney account vs. limited-use account).
