Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule

(28 U.S.C. § 1930)

Effective March 1, 2022, the Clerk’s office no longer accepts cash as payment for filing fees or other transactions. Pro se debtors, including corporate debtors, must pay filing fees by money order, cashier’s check, or online payment. Personal checks or Bill Payer checks (checks issued by your bank through an electronic bill payment agreement) are not accepted from debtors. Attorneys shall pay all filing fees electronically.
