Payment of bankruptcy court fees may be paid online with a debit card, PayPal, or ACH (electronic payment from a bank account). Credit card payments are not accepted.

- Please review filing fee amounts here. If you are unsure of the amount you owe, please contact the clerk's office.
- If you do not have a case number, enter NONE or NEW in the case number field. This is a required field.
- When paying fees associated with copy requests or certified document requests, please call the clerk's office first to verify the fee.
- To ensure your payment is properly applied to your case and made to the correct court, use the link below to access the WAWB Online Payment Form on the Pay.gov website.
DON’TS
- This payment option CANNOT be used for chapter 13 plan payments to the trustee or to make chapter 11 plan payments.
- If you are a registered CM/ECF users, you must continue to submit payments through the CM/ECF system.
