Case Management/Electronic Case Files system ("CM/ECF") is the Court’s online case management and document filing system. It allows registered filers to submit bankruptcy petitions, pleadings and case documents to the Court electronically using a standard web browser. The Court requires all attorneys, trustees and examiners to file documents electronically using CM/ECF. See Local Bankruptcy Rule 5005-1 and the Court's Electronic Filing Procedures.
The Court uses the latest version of the CM/ECF filing system. NextGen CM/ECF allows users to access Court information and e-file using one username and password.
