NextGen CM/ECF

This Court uses the NextGen version of the Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF). NextGen simplifies electronic filing by combining CM/ECF and PACER accounts, enabling filers to use one login and password to electronically file in all NextGen courts where they have been granted permission to file.

Filers with an ECF Account and a PACER account created BEFORE August 11, 2014:

Individual PACER accounts created prior to August 11, 2014, must be upgraded. PACER accounts that have not been updgraded will not be compatible with NextGen.

Filers with an ECF Account but NO PACER Account:

You must have your own individual PACER account in order to file electronically. Your PACER account must be linked to your ECF filing account. [These documents are currently linked onthe live website]

Filers with No ECF Account and NO PACER Account:

Each applicant for an ECF account must first obtain an account and login through PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records).  See www.pacer.gov.  Through PACER, the applicant will request the appropriate type of access to the Court's ECF filing system.
