The Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s Offices in Seattle and Tacoma will be closed to the public on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, to enable staff to attend a district-wide training program. CM/ECF will be fully operational and will be accepting electronic filings from registered users. Documents that must be filed in-person can be delivered to the drop box located in the lobby of the Seattle or Tacoma courthouse; the drop box is available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Unrepresented parties may also submit documents for filing through the Court’s electronic filing portal. In the event of an emergency case filing or time sensitive document, leave a voice message at 206.370.5235; messages will be monitored throughout the day.
