Due to a lapse in federal appropriations, the Judiciary is unable to sustain paid operations as of October 20, 2025. Court activities will be limited to those which are central to the constitutional functions of resolving cases and controversies. As a result, the training session “How to Reorganize Clearwater Markets: A Chapter 11 Workshop” must be postponed until a continuing resolution or full appropriation is passed to resolve the government shutdown. We will send an email to those who registered with a new registration link for the workshop when we have selected a new date and the Court and the panelists are able to schedule it. The panelists have spent a lot of time on this workshop, and we look forward to sharing their expertise, experience and knowledge with you as soon as possible.
