Changes to Courtesy Notice of Electronic Filings (NEF) – effective 4/1/2026
Effective 4/1/2026, the process for requesting activation and deactivation of Courtesy NEFs will be accomplished through the docketing of a text only event in CM/ECF. Local Bankruptcy Form 10 – Request to be Added or Removed from Courtesy NEF, will no longer be used. Please visit our website for more information: Courtesy Notification of Electronic Filing (NEF).
