How to Reorganize Clearwater Markets is an in-person workshop that provides attorneys with the soft skills when working through a Chapter 11 case. During this hands-on workshop, participants will utilize the necessary tools when negotiating key terms, leveraging alternatives for a plan, and understanding how to work with reconstruction professionals. This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and there will be a hosted reception after.
