Court’s Glover Mediation Program Announces New Leadership

The Court's Thomas T. Glover Mediation Program is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its Executive Committee. Thomas Buford, Jennifer Faubion, and Darcel Lobo have joined the Committee as of December 1, 2022.

The new Committee members replace outgoing members Tuella Sykes, Chair, Latife Neu, and Jesus Palomares. The Court and the Program appreciate the service and dedication they each displayed during their terms and note the challenge they faced in scheduling training and programming during the pandemic. Thank you.

The Program also announces that Mike DeLeo will serve as Chair of the Executive Committee effective December 1, 2022. Mr. DeLeo is a current member of the Committee, a member of the Program's Mediation Panel, and experienced in both mediation and arbitration.

The Court's Thomas T. Glover Mediation Program was established in 2012 and is overseen by an Executive Committee comprised of five licensed attorneys. LBR 9043-2. The Program's panel of trained mediators are available to resolve disputes in bankruptcy main cases and adversary proceedings.
