As a result of a judiciary wide service disruption, Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs) generated by the Court's Case Filing/Electronic Case Management System (ECF) failed to launch for about 30 minutes on the afternoon of Thursday, August 12. Less than 50 docket entries were impacted. The Clerk's office is manually editing each of the docket entries at issue and a new NEF will be generated as a result.
