On April 22, 2026, the Court entered General Order 2026-2, restricting electronic access to sealed documents. Sealed documents will continue to be filed in CM/ECF under existing procedures established by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9018-1. However, as described in the General Order, sealed documents will no longer be available to view or access through CM/ECF or other electronic means.  Requests to access sealed documents must be authorized by Court order.  For additional information, contact the contact the Clerk’s Office by  phone, online Chat, or the ECF Help Desk (ECFHelp@wawb.uscourts.gov).
