Beginning on Monday, October 20, 2025, the Judiciary will no longer have funding to sustain full, paid operations. The Court will maintain limited operations as needed to perform its constitutional functions. Judges will continue to hold hearing and resolve cases; however, Clerk's office staff will be limited to performing certain duties excepted under the Anti-Deficiency Act and will perform those duties without pay during the funding lapse.
