The WAWB Best Practices series is going back to basics with a Motions Practice Primer! Particularly geared toward those new to bankruptcy practice, and a refresher for those who have been working in the bankruptcy area for awhile, this article focuses on the step by step process of getting a motion filed, set for hearing, confirmed, and heard in the Bankruptcy Court for the W.D.
