The Office of the United States Trustee for W. Washington and Alaska is hosting a training on how to prepare and file the new Chapter 11 Monthly Operating Reports and new Post-Effective Date Reports.  The training will take place by Microsoft Teams on Tuesday June 8^th from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. This training has been approved for 1.0 CLE credits by the Washington State Bar Association.

As a reminder, these reports will be required for any MOR or PCR filings after June 21, 2021, for all non-small business chapter 11 cases.
