The Court will host bench bar events in January 2024 to discuss recent local rule amendments, including the new Chapter 13 Form Plan, and provide an overview of Court operations. The program will also include a panel discussion on evidentiary practices in bankruptcy court.

When:

• Seattle: January 23, 2024 at the U.S. Courthouse, 700 Stewart Street, 19th floor,
• Tacoma: January 24, 2024 at Tacoma Union Station, 1717 Pacific, Jury Assembly Room.

Each bench bar meeting will start at 3:00 p.m. and will be followed by a social event.
