The Court maintains a variety of case filing statistics for bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings. The platform used to present those statistics was modified in December 2021 to provide interactive access to filing statistics. The link to pre-12/21 statistics includes annual and monthly filings by county, chapter, and business. Statistics are also available to meet the reporting obligations of Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2013.
