The Western District of Washington Bankruptcy Court announces online payment options for those not registered in the CM/ECF electronic filing system.  Payment of court fees (filing fees and installment payments, copies, recordings of hearings, etc.) may be paid online via debit card, PayPal, or ACH (electronic payment from a bank account). Credit card payments are not accepted.

The Online Payment option is accessible from the homepage of the Court’s website: https://www.wawb.uscourts.gov

NOTE: This payment option cannot be used for chapter 13 plan payments to the trustee.

Registered ECF users must continue to submit payment through the ECF system.
