The Court will host a series of bench bar meetings in January, 2017.  Each meeting will include an overview of the December 2016 local and national rule and form changes and feature a panel discussion on Chapter 7 issues. The chapter 7 panel will feature local practitioners on (a)  Practice Tips, Traps and Repeat Problems, (b) Short Sales, Abandonment, Rising Market Issues, and (c) Dealing with Problem Debtors Post Law v Siegel.  Each meeting is scheduled from 3:00 - 4:30, with a social gathering to follow immediately after.  1.5 CLE credits have been approved by the WSBA.
