Due to concerns related to COVID-19 variants, the Court has decided to conduct this fall’s bench/bar program on a virtual platform. The event will take place on September 19 at 2:30 pm via ZoomGov. Topics to be covered will include a judge’s panel, a panel of practitioners discussing issues related to SubChapter V cases, and a district update from Clerk Mark Hatcher and Chief Judge Marc Barreca. CLE credit with the WSBA is pending.
