Amendments to the WAWB Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Local Bankruptcy Forms and the Administrative Procedures for Electronic Filing are effective December 1, 2023. National bankruptcy rules and forms are also amended effective today, as well as amendments to various other national rules. Additionally, inflationary fee increases will also be implemented effective December 1, 2023.
