The Clerk's office is frequently contacted by individuals who are looking for a copy of their discharge order from a prior bankruptcy proceeding. Those requests can now be processed online, on the homepage of the Court's website, by clicking the radio button in the middle of the page entitled "Request Discharge Copy."  A case number or other identifying information is required to locate the proper record. A copy of the discharge order is then transmitted to the email address provided by the user. The Clerk's office looks forward to serving you with this additional feature.
