The Court's Thomas T. Glover Mediation Program welcomes bankruptcy attorney Thomas Buford to its panel of mediators. Program mediators are trained in alternative dispute resolution techniques and are available to serve in both main cases and adversary proceedings. The Glover Mediation Program was established in 2012 and is overseen by an Executive Committee comprised of local attorneys. The Program has helped to successfully resolve disputes in over 100 cases and proceedings.
