LBR 2015-1 Amended to Implement New UST Chapter 11 Forms

The Court has adopted General Order 21-02, amending Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2015-1. This rule amendment is done in conjunction with the United States Trustee's new national reporting requirements and forms for all non-small business chapter 11 cases, effective June 21, 2021.

General Order 21-02 provides that the deadline to file the monthly financial reports required by LBR 2015-1(a) is changed from the 14th day of the subsequent month to the 21st day of the subsequent month. In cases where the debtor is neither a small busines debtor (as defined in 11 U.S.C. § 101(51D)) nor a subchapter V debtor (as defined in 11 U.S.C. § 1182): (a) the report required by subsection (a) must be filed using UST Form 11-MOR, and (b) the report required by subsection (e) must be filed by the 21st day after the end of the calendar quarter using UST Form 11-PCR.
