A new ECF event has been made available to Trustees to facilitate their compliance with the Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act (BAIA). The BAIA requires Chapter 7 panel trustees to docket a certification of eligibility, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 330(e), in order to receive additional compensation for services rendered. The certification applies in Chapter 7 cases filed 1/12/21 through 9/30/21.
