The Court has entered General Order 2022-3, increasing the presumptive fee in chapter 13 cases to an amount up to $5,000. The presumptive fee process is established by Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2016-1(e)(1) and provides that attorneys representing debtors in chapter 13 cases may be awarded fees of up to the presumptive fee amount without the need to first file a written fee application. This increase in the presumptive fee is applicable to cases filed after December 15, 2022.
