The Court's Thomas T. Glover Mediation Program announces that attorney Russ Garrett has joined its panel of mediators. Russ is available to help resolve disputes throughout the Western District, with a focus on SW Washington state. In addition to the various topics handled by panel mediators, Russ is also available to mediate partnership and shareholder disputes.

The Thomas T. Glover Mediation Program was established in 2012 to provide voluntary mediation services in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings (lawsuits in bankruptcy). The Program's trained panel mediators are experienced with mediation and the majority are seasoned bankruptcy practitioners. The mediation rates are established by the Court's local rules: each party pays $500 for the first 6 hours of mediation services (including 2 hours of prep work), and hourly for services thereafter at a rate of no more than $450/hour.
