In anticipation of continued telephone Section 341 Meetings of Creditors, the U.S. Trustee’s office has arranged for new conference call lines for most trustees.  Each trustee will have a specific conference call line individually assigned to a trustee that will apply to all of their cases, regardless of where the case is filed or county of the debtor’s residence. There is also a new number for chapter 11 cases. 

These new numbers are listed in the “Location” section of the 341 Meeting Notice itself, and were sent out starting with cases that filed on or after September 1, 2021. 

Please be sure to check your 341 Notice for 341 calendars from now through mid-October and reach out to your chapter 7 trustee to ensure you are using the correct conference call phone number.
