The Seattle Clerk's Office will no longer maintain two separate phone lines for questions and assistance.  The ECF Help phone line (206-370-5280) is being phased out.  All calls, whether for general assistance or for ECF filing questions, should be directed to the Clerk's Office main phone line, 206-370-5200.  Please update your phone lists and speed dial.  Calls made to the ECF Help phone line will automatically be rolled over to the main line during this transition.
