The Court is updating its website with respect to how we display and communicate information related to judges' future calendars. Calendars are currently available under the "Hearings and Locations" tab as “Upcoming Motions Calendars.” Each judge’s calendars are also posted on their judge’s page, with a separate tab for remote locations as applicable. Additionally, calendars can be generated in several ways through ECF. These various platforms don’t communicate, creating a challenge to ensure all calendars are synced and accurate.

Starting October 1, 2021, we will remove the Upcoming Motions Calendars page. Each judge’s future calendars will continue to be listed on their respective web page. Within ECF, we will be removing the “Notice to Court of Intent to Argue with OSC (no PDF)” radio button from ECF > Reports > Calendar Events as well as remove “Future Hearing Dates (All Judges)” From ECF > Reports > Chambers.  The remaining “Notice to Court” radio button will be changed to “Confirmed Hearings” leaving two reports only: Complete Report and Confirmed Hearings.
